Spuds...Canadians are famous for liking potatoes…when I was a child,
all we seemed to eat was potatoes with ever meal. I still cook them a few times
a month. Potato salad is a favorite and I make it low-fat using yogert instead
of ‘miracle whip’ dressing. Its so easy. Just cook you potatoes till tender to
the fork, cool, cube in a bowl then add a bit of onion, dressing , salt&
cracked pepper and canned peas (if you like ‘em). Then ENJOY with your choice
of cold cuts. Mine in this photo is barbequed chicken!
