I was feeling well this morning so I took walk down town early to go to the Farmers market. The Main st of Yarmouth was busy, with people hurrying to work. I watched them greet each other on the street from the park bench on Alma street corner happily. We do have a pleasant friendly town, I thought. The Nova Star ferry traffic was just starting to emerge. And Tim Horton's was full of coffee drinkers taking in the sight of the tourist looking back at them. After wandering down to the bank for cash, I stopped to say hello to some old friends I hadn't seen in years. I realize that country living had separated me a bit from old aquaintances... It was good to just look around and see the 'old crowd'.
